Technique: drip DDi Blue Rosemary or DDi Palo Santo oil on the dropper holes, then lift pipe to your nose; close mouth and inhale. Or lift pipe to your mouth; inhale and then breathe out of your nose. Or try alternate circular breathing techniques. Do NOT allow oil to come into direct contact with mouth, nose, lips or skin.

Care: wash with warm water as needed.
